founded by Managing Director Jem Jarvis. A short
biography for Jem is included below:
 "Jem has a
strong proven track record in Operations
Management. With over 20 years of experience in IT,
Project Management, Implementation, Budgetary
Management and Support / operations management. Jem
is dedicated and used to delivering to stringent
deadlines in stressful environments. He is a
dynamic and hands-on Manager who is able to
communicate at all levels with proven leadership
ability, a motivational management style and a "can
do" attitude.
Jem is an independent, self-motivated, proactive and
adaptable manager.
He is an ITIL V2 qualified Service Manager (Red
Badge) and ITIL V3 expert, PRINCE2 practitioner"
Jem is supported by a small
team that assist in the administration and smooth
running of the company. His contacts ensure that if

area then he can call upon his network of business
